WordPress
Connect your WordPress site to OrganicPilot to publish or schedule content directly from the dashboard. Follow the steps below to set up the integration.
1. Install the OrganicPilot plugin
On your WordPress site, install the OrganicPilot Integration plugin. You can upload it via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, or install from the WordPress plugin directory if available. After uploading, click Install Now.
2. Activate the plugin
Once installed, click Activate so the plugin can expose the integration token and receive content from OrganicPilot.
3. Copy the integration token
In WordPress go to Settings → OrganicPilot. You will see your Integration Token (a 64-character string). Click to copy it or use the copy button. Keep this token private.
Tip
If you ever regenerate the token in WordPress, you must update it in OrganicPilot (Dashboard → Integrations → WordPress) or the connection will stop working.
4. Connect in OrganicPilot
In OrganicPilot go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations, open WordPress, and click Connect WordPress. In the form:
- WordPress URL — Your site’s full URL (e.g.
https://yoursite.com), withhttps://orhttp://. - Integration Token — Paste the 64-character token you copied from Settings → OrganicPilot in WordPress.
- Post Mode — Choose whether new posts should be saved as Draft or Auto-publish.
Use Test Connection to verify, then click Connect to save.
5. After connecting
Once connected, you can publish or schedule content from OrganicPilot’s Content Calendar to this WordPress site. You can test the connection anytime from Integration Settings, and switch the integration on or off without removing it.
