Keywords

Keywords help you focus your content on terms that matter for search. In OrganicPilot you can add keywords, see search volume (when available), and use them when planning and generating content in the Content Calendar.

Add keywords

Go to Dashboard → Keywords. Add keywords manually or use the keyword tools to discover new ideas. Keywords are stored per website, so the list reflects the website currently selected in the sidebar.

You can enter a single keyword or a list. Optionally, you can associate search volume or notes to prioritize which terms to target first.

Use keywords in content

When you create a content plan or generate an article in the Content Calendar, you can:

Pick a keyword from your list as the target keyword for the article
Get AI suggestions that align with the keyword and your outline
Improve on-page SEO (title, meta, headings) around that keyword

This keeps your content aligned with your SEO strategy.

Keyword discovery and volume

Depending on your plan, OrganicPilot may offer tools to discover related keywords or estimate search volume. Use these to expand your list and decide which terms are worth creating content for. Keywords with higher volume or strategic importance can be scheduled in the Content Calendar first.
