Google Search Console

Connect your Google Search Console property to OrganicPilot to track search performance metrics—clicks, impressions, and trends—directly on your dashboard.

1. Connect Google Search Console

Go to Dashboard → Integrations and open the Google Search Console card. Click Connect Google Search Console. You will be redirected to Google to sign in and grant OrganicPilot read-only access to your Search Console data.

After authorizing, choose the site or property you want to link (e.g. a domain property or URL prefix). Only one property can be active at a time; you can change it later from the same Integrations page.

2. What we sync

OrganicPilot syncs daily search performance data from your Search Console property:

  • Clicks – how many times people clicked your site in Google search results
  • Impressions – how many times your site appeared in search results
  • CTR – click-through rate (clicks ÷ impressions)
  • Position – average ranking position in search results

Data is synced periodically. Historical data is backfilled so you can see trends for the last 90 days once the connection is active.

3. Track metrics on your dashboard

Once connected, the main Dashboard shows a Search Performance chart with:

  • Clicks – daily search clicks over the last 90 days
  • Impressions – daily search impressions over time

You can toggle each metric on or off in the chart legend. This lets you monitor how your site performs in Google search without leaving OrganicPilot, alongside your visit trends from Google Analytics.

4. Disconnect or change property

To disconnect Google Search Console or switch to another property, go to Dashboard → Integrations, open the Google Search Console card, and use Disconnect or Change site. Your historical data in OrganicPilot is kept until you disconnect; after that, the Search Performance chart will show no data until you connect again.
