Google Analytics

Connect your Google Analytics property to Organicpilot to see daily visitor trends, organic and paid traffic, and pageviews directly on your dashboard.

1. Connect Google Analytics

Go to Dashboard → Integrations and open the Google Analytics card. Click Connect Google Analytics. You will be redirected to Google to sign in and grant Organicpilot read-only access to your analytics data.

After authorizing, choose the Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property you want to link. Only one property can be active at a time; you can change it later from the same Integrations page.

2. What we sync

Organicpilot syncs daily aggregates from your GA4 property:

  • Total visits – sessions from all channels
  • Organic visits – organic search and other non-paid traffic
  • Paid visits – paid search, display, social, and other paid campaigns
  • Pageviews – total, organic, and paid (stored for future use)

Data is synced periodically. Historical data is backfilled so you can see trends for the last 90 days once the connection is active.

3. View stats on your dashboard

Once connected, the main Dashboard shows a Visit Trends chart with:

  • Total Visits – all sessions per day
  • Organic Visits – organic traffic over time
  • Paid Visits – paid campaign traffic over time

The chart displays the last 90 days. You can use it to see how your content and campaigns are performing at a glance without leaving Organicpilot.

4. Disconnect or change property

To disconnect Google Analytics or switch to another property, go to Dashboard → Integrations, open the Google Analytics card, and use Disconnect or Change property. Your historical data in Organicpilot is kept until you disconnect; after that, the Visit Trends chart will show no data until you connect again.
