Content Calendar
The Content Calendar helps you plan publication dates, generate articles with AI, and publish to your connected CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or Webhook). All content is tied to the website currently selected in the sidebar.
1. Plan content
Open Dashboard → Content Calendar. You’ll see a calendar view. Add entries by choosing a date and creating a content plan: you can enter a topic, target keyword, or let the tool suggest ideas based on your keywords. Each entry can be scheduled for a specific date.
Entries can be in states such as planned, draft, or published. You can move or reschedule them by dragging or editing the date.
2. Generate articles
For a planned or draft entry, use Generate content to create the article with AI. You can:
- Set the content type (e.g. blog post, how-to, listicle)
- Provide or refine the target keyword and outline
- Generate sections step by step or in one go
- Edit the generated text in the built-in editor
- See an SEO score and adjust titles/meta as needed
Generated content is saved as a draft until you choose to publish it.
3. Publish to your CMS
When the article is ready, use Publish to send it to your connected CMS. Make sure you have linked the correct integration for this website:
- WordPress – Posts are created as draft or published based on your integration settings.
- Webflow – Content is sent to your configured collection.
- Webhook – Payload is sent to your URL for custom handling.
After publishing, the calendar entry is updated and you can view the piece in Content History.
Content History
Dashboard → Content History lists all generated articles. You can open them to view, edit, or publish again. This gives you a single place to manage everything you’ve created with OrganicPilot.
